The "VAP House" is a relevant building in Ayia Triada, Crete. Since the rooms of the house have been added in different periods of time the virtual reconstruction offers an invaluable tool to study and analyze the hypothesis about the appearance of the building during its use. The usage of layers makes the comparisons between appearance in different ages straightforward and well integrated with the archeological interpretation methodology.
Reconstruction of object found in the house (a snake tube) and virtual restoration of a fresco have also been realized and repositioned inside the house to visualize their possible original collocation and usage. The reconstruction has also helped to gain insight about the relationship of VAP House with adjacent buildings.
